Change management should be approached systematically along the entire, human as well as organizational critical factors that impact the success of an innovation technology project.

The technological factors are simpler to manage and are usually not the ones, by themselves, that make the true difference.

It is necessary to link people to change management through the systematic use which includes: stimulating knowledge, support learning, achieve acceptance and to affirm commitment.

For a project to be successful, the identification and correspondence is required from different individual and group expectations which are affected by the project.
